RE: END OF TERM III 2013, CIRCULAR

Beloved parents, I salute you all in the name of Almighty God.

I thank you so much for all that you have done through the course of the year in your endeavour to educate tomorrow’s citizen. It is your continued support that has made this institution a great model school.

We have ended term III successfully and all our learners have received end of year report forms.

Allow me inform you of the major highlights of this term and our future plans below.

ACADEMICS

I am glad to inform you that we successfully completed the academic term and all the set work was taught and evaluated by the teachers.

This is evident in the excellent performance which has been portrayed by our children in the end of year examinations. For the few who haven’t registered satisfactory results, we have great hopes of helping them achieve success next year.

Our Primary Seven candidates also successfully completed their Primary Leaving Examinations; with your prayers we know that God will grant us success.

DISCIPLINE

Our children have been quite disciplined throughout the term, this was made possible through counseling and the parental care our staff gives to the children.

For the few impossible cases, serious measures were applied by the school disciplinary committee.

Please note that we have put a medical form in each of our children’s file.

Endeavour to take your child to a qualified and recognized medical practitioner to carry out a thorough medical checkup of your child’s health before bringing them back to school next year.

We also kindly ask you to always inform us if your child has a special health case so that we can accord them special care.

Dear Parent / Guardian;

RE: end of year circular 2013

I greet you all in the name of the Almighty God (Allah) and congratulate you upon successful completion of the year.

Appreciation:

I thank the Lord for the good life he has given you. It is our pleasure that you continue to entrust us with your children over the years. Therefore, we heartily thank you for the support, patience and pieces of advice.

Obituary message:

I take this opportunity to send our sorrowful sympathy to all those parents who have lost their beloved ones. We ask God to give you strength to persevere through the challenging times.

Academic performance:

As a school routine, the pupils did three major examinations in this term i.e. BOT, Mid and End of year exams. Due to the teachers’ tireless work, excellent results have been realized in end of year exams and this has almost given all children an opportunity to be promoted to the next classes 2014.

Therefore, I urge parents to monitor the children while answering the holiday work. All children will be required to present the holiday work on the first day of reporting back to school.

Discipline:

This is one of our major pillars of the school, I confidently inform you that this year we haven’t registered big cases of discipline. Therefore, parents should keep a keen eye and add on to what has been imparted into the children in this long holiday.
